2014 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

All current TAIS members are invited to join us for the Toronto Animated Image Society (TAIS) Annual General Meeting (AGM).
When: Thursday, October 30, 2014
Where: TAIS Studio, 1411 Dufferin St, Unit B
Time: 6:30 pm
Come support your independent animation community!
This is your chance to meet other members, elect new Officers, and have your say in the directives for TAIS’ future. All members are welcome to join the discussion. If you cannot make the meeting you can fill out a PROXY FORM so another person may vote on your behalf. We are also looking for new TAIS Board members.
The agenda will include:
- Review minutes from past AGM (2013)
- President’s Report
- Treasurer’s Report
- Election of Officers for the TAIS Board of Directors
- New Business
Seasonal snacks and refreshments will be served, and the AGM will be followed by a Halloween screening of new animated horror short films that is free for TAIS members and open to the public for a suggested $5 donation. Details on the screening HERE >>
