Presenting the poster for this year’s TAIS Animation Showcase!


Every year, TAIS commissions an artist to create the Showcase poster based on the Anijam theme. This year, artist Mehrak Tehrani illustrated the dynamic poster based on the theme Small Crush.

artist bio:

Mehrak Tehrani is a multidisciplinary artist based in Toronto, Canada. Her practice takes multiple forms where she often explores unconventional processes for creating moving images, illustrations, installations and more, bringing together tactile material and digital media to build layered, emotional worlds.
