Every year, TAIS commissions an artist to create the Showcase poster based on the Anijam theme. This year, artist Liza Desya illustrated the entrancing poster below based on the theme Gripping Whisper.

about the artist

Liza Desya a Toronto-based animator who’s obsessed with making experimental artwork about the human brain, and other beautiful organisms. She uses VR Sculpting and 3D software to create her abnormally shaped characters and worlds.
